Established in 2019, we are the largest freshwater fishing operation in the region - operating full time guide services on the two premier fisheries in the area, Greenwood Lake and Lake Hopatcong (Lake Hopatcong Guide Service). Led by full-time guide and founder, Aaron Graybill, our hand-picked guide-staff on Greenwood is loaded with talent, passion, and good times. We work tirelessly as a unit, allowing us to cover more water, gain more knowledge, and pattern more fish than would be possible individually. Ultimately, our dedication and team approach leads to the best guided fishing experience our region has to offer.

In partnership with Greenwood Lake Marina, we offer multiple different Greenwood Lake Fishing Opportunities, and can accommodate solo anglers through groups of 12. All gear is included, just show up and fish!

Our Guided Fly Fishing Trips are an amazing experience whether you're brand new to the sport or a seasoned vet. We offer trips on all the top trout rivers/streams in New Jersey for Rainbows and wild Brown Trout.

Our Youth Fishing Camps have been a major success around the Lake Hopatcong area! They're fun, educational, and have been a truly rewarding program for all involved. These week-long summer camps are an awesome way for young anglers be introduced to, or grown their passion for fishing.

Interested in using the baits that we do? Now you can! We have partnered with NJ-based, Battle Creek Bait Co., to create our own line of soft-plastic baits. We rely on catching fish to make a living, so our field testing was extensive down to the last detail. These baits are Battle Tested and Guide Approved! Beginning on March 9, 2024 you will be able to find them on the shelves and online at Ramsey Outdoor Store.

GUIDED FISHING TRIP (UP TO 3 GUESTS)

This is the ultimate experience for a guided fishing trip on Greenwood Lake! Your group of up to 3 will fish comfortably from one of our Deep-V fishing boats. All are equipped with powerful outboard motors, high end electronics, remote powered trolling motor, and GPS/Spot-Lock technology. All fishing gear is provided, just show up and we'll put you on the fish!

TROPHY MUSKY TRIP (UP TO 2 GUESTS)

New Jersey's apex freshwater predator is the fabled Muskellunge. Join LHGS Musky guide, David Park (aka DKAM Fishing on social media/YouTube), in the pursuit of the biggest, baddest fish in the region. David is experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, and lives to catch Musky. The fish of 10,000 casts doesn't seem to require that many casts when you fish with David. This trip is capped at two anglers and we recommend higher-level anglers who are competent casting a baitcaster reel.

LARGE GROUP CHARTER (UP TO 6 GUESTS)

This is the perfect way for larger groups to enjoy a private, guided fishing trip on Greenwood Lake! Your group of up to 6 will fish from the comforts of our 24’ customized fishing pontoon boat. This boat is large, stable, and safe for guests of all ages and physicality. These trips are our way of encouraging guests to bring their entire family, invite a second family, bring together groups of friends, and accommodate anglers that are limited physically. All fishing gear is included.

Simply put, there is no other freshwater fishing offering quite like this in the area! Accommodating groups up to 12, this offering is perfect for the largest of groups, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, and any other special occasion. These trips include a US Coast Guard licensed Captain plus a member of our Greenwood Lake Guide Service guide team. The boat, known as “Ships-n-Giggles”, is a 34’ double-decker pontoon that is incredibly spacious and open for fishing on the first level and sports an upper-level hangout with two slides into the lake. It is the perfect combination of fishing and fun for all types of guests and experiences!

GUIDED FLY FISHING TRIP (2 GUESTS MAX)

Come fly fish New Jersey's top trout streams with LHGS Fly Fishing lead guide, Matt Califano, and his team. Whether you are just starting out or have been fly fishing for years, our guide's knowledge, knack for teaching, and ability to put anglers on fish will result in a fun, educational, and productive day on the water. You will wade through the pristine waters of northern NJ using hand-tied flies in pursuit of wild Browns, Rainbow, and Brook Trout.

YOUTH FISHING CAMPS

We are passionate about spreading our knowledge and love of fishing to the next generation of anglers and these week-long, half-day summer camps have become an amazing way for us to do so. Run in collaboration with the Roxbury Twp Recreation Department and Ramsey Outdoor Store, campers will learn our top artificial lure techniques, live bait tactics, and be given high-level fly fishing instruction. Our camps take place at Horseshoe Lake - a stocked lake located on-site at the Roxbury Twp Recreation complex in Succasunna, NJ.
